I’m Nolan…

and helping people find their pathways to success and a happy life are two of my greatest passions. After all, that pathway was not an easy one for me initially.

I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects many different things and is very progressive. My parents were extremely attentive to my needs growing up, and never let me take the easy way out simply because of my diagnosis. They taught me that I can succeed and pushed me to be anything I wanted to be.

That included pushing me at my dream to play college basketball- a dream complicated by CF. I was not only underweight for my age but also struggled to grow in height too. That is, until my Junior year when I finally was able to grow to 6ft tall and put on 25 pounds! This didn’t come without the sacrifice of receiving a feeding tube, but success is always dependent on tough choices, right?

From there, I worked to excel at the sport. I became good enough to walk on the JV team at Anderson College and eventually became the manager of the Varsity team. By senior year, I was on a scholarship for basketball.

Upon graduating with a degree in Kinesiology, I decided to return to my roots in Dublin, Georgia where I began teaching and earned my Masters in 2012. However, entering the classroom brought with it more complications with Cystic Fibrosis which led to a severe decline in my health.

In 2018, I was finally able to get a double lung transplant and after 6 months of recovery decided that I needed to find my real passion- which ended up being Real Estate.

I got my license and immediately began helping people do what my life has always been about: finding solutions to even the most daunting of problems. Finding a house or selling a home isn’t easy, and guiding families and individuals through that process is an honor.

After becoming an Agent, I learned about the power of investing. Buying homes as an investment has become more than a job, it has become a passion. I’m looking to buy as many properties as possible, which is also an investment in each client. You leave with more money in your pocket from the purchase and less stress regarding selling your property.
